| About the Photographer |
Thank you for visiting my site and taking the time to look
at my work. I am a self-trained photographer and have
been shooting male figure study images for twelve years.
This site contains a mix of that work in no particular order
but you can usually tell the early work from the later
images. My later work just looks better. I am however
never satisfied. Consequently I will continue shooting
nude men until I get it right! I have found the key to a
great image hinges on the artistic relationship between the
photographer and the model. When shooting nudes it is
very important for the photographer to make the model feel
safe and comfortable and that the work he/she is doing is
important. I spend the first 30 minutes or so visiting with
the model to get a feel for their personality and motivation.
Hopefully this enables me to bring out some part of their
personality in the images we create together. Of course I
want my models to look good but more importantly I want
them to look interesting! I encourage comments from all of
you critics out there. It's all appreciated. Some of my
